These terms apply to clinicians, organizations, and food merchants using the Prado platform.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prado website and platform provided by [Prado legal entity]. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use Prado on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
Prado is for licensed clinicians, the organizations they work with, and food merchants approved to sell on the platform. You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure. Clinicians may not sign or send nutrition plans to patients until their credentials are verified.
Prado generates nutrition targets from published standards to support clinical decisions. It does not replace clinical judgment. The clinician who signs a plan is responsible for its appropriateness for the patient.
Patients pay for meals at checkout through our payment partners. Where a practice or organization is the merchant of record, it is responsible for refunds and disputes as described in the payment processor terms. Payouts require completed business and bank information and are subject to processor verification.
Food merchants are responsible for preparing, labeling, and delivering meals safely and as described, and for meeting applicable food safety and licensing requirements. Prado routes orders and does not prepare, store, or ship food.
Use of patient health information on Prado is governed by our Business Associate Agreement and Privacy Policy.

The platform is provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, Prado is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and its total liability is limited as described here. [Legal to draft.]
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these Terms.
